Try something like: * Applegate Farms Breakfast Sausage Chicken & Apple * Hard boiled egg * Oatmeal

That's why to have a healthy diet, should go with less processed food as much as you can manage. Many people has gone for Raw food diet (not the food all raw, but meaning non-processed).

O You can get some exercise bands, some comes with dvds for training. Doesn't need weights for weight training, bands are very good for resistant training, toning, etc.

Your diary is private

How do you prepare for your tea? I hope no sugar and no cream. Then, yes, count it, that's how I do it.

Same here, Polar FT7. The Polar FT40 has slightly more features, but a little bit pricier. The FT7 would be a nice one if you want to spend less and get something good and useful.

Second on this! BTW, you can adjust your goal on the protein, carb (etc). I just recently adjusted mine due to workout too much and I need more carb than before to give me more energy for endurance (consulted my trainer / nutritionist)

YES, YES, still YES. Read the following blog & article: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/ladyhawk00/view/mfp-basics-78491 http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/idssports3.htm

No. That setting does not count your exercise activities, all the more walking stuff should be logged as your exercises. In the goal the level is based on your non-exercise activity level, like me working in front of computer as my job. I hope you are logging your exercises, right?

Absolutely the right move!

Start small is good, just keep changing and be determined and don't give up. Best wishes.

I saw you opened up your diary. I'm not sure if you've logged everything you eat or not. But from what's in your diary, what I posted before stands, everything single of them. In additions: - don't skip meal(s), eat smaller portion and eat snacks in between - you need to eat as close as to your net calories - less sugar,…

Did you eat enough calories? Did you eat healthy food? Did you eat balanced nutritious food? These matters BIG time. Since your diary is closed, cannot take a glance to see what's going on really. Avoid empty calories (like soda, alcohol, candy), avoid high sodium, avoid fast food, etc.

I don't eat protein bar as daily bases also, rather use it when I cannot access food when I really needed. I use all these: * Pure Protein Bar (20g protein) * Clif builder Bar (20g protein) * Clif bar (start shy away from it because high calories 260/270, but only 10-11g protein) * Odwalla - Super Protein Original Bar…

You do need to do some math, and log one item at a time to figure out the calories. Like I ate a big salad today. When I was preparing last night, I record everything item I put in there with how much weight/portion is it. Then add them all up, along with your salad dressing (measured by tbsp). So my salad end up like this…

I eat Eli Cheesecake is about 230 (one serving, 1/12). I have good self control and sometimes I don't even eat the entire serving. I cut them small pieces when I just bought it, and put them back in the freezer. When I have the calories to spare and want to have a taste, I'll take out a small piece (or even cut portion of…

You can still eat chips, just get good ones and eat moderation. I found "Food Should Taste Good" has great tasty chips, and I eat it once awhile.

- Cut down your soda - Stop eating so much donuts - Cook your own food instead of going to fast food chain that often - Add vegetable & fruits to your diet - etc. From your diary, you are eating more empty calories, which doesn't give your body energy to do exercises. Your diet is not close to be balanced and nutritious.…

Thanks so much for sharing. I hope you'll be recover.

Just went there last weekend. Two lowest dish I found (hope that you like fish) are: Simply grilled Mahi Mahi - 466 Simply grilled Salmon Here is what I did and I'm sure the calories are lower than what's in the database: * ordered the Mahi Mahi, insist and making sure tell the server: "do NOT use butter" * replaced mash…

I know what NOT to eat: don't go to any buffet place! Here are some Diet Tip - eating out, on my blog: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/atomdraco?month=201102

That's how I decided to get healthier: lack of energy; getting pain on my neck and back so often even it was just sleeping. So getting healthier is my main goal being here, and along the way, I would love to lose some weight and less body fat. You are at the right place, doing the right thing! Hope you'll enjoy your…

There are so many food I like so much, hard to list them all. To me it's not about any specific type of food, but not having control to stop keep eating them. No matter how good the food is, over eating just not right. For example, I love nuts, especially sunflower seeds (no salt). I used to be able to finish the whole bag…

I love pasta and rice. I'm Chinese. I have to say it's not the Chinese food bad, but who's cooking it. :P If you go to restaurant, of course, especially those American Chinese food... Otherwise, Chinese (or Asian) has so many types of vegetables & fruits.

You should be very proud of what you've accomplish even your family does not support you (which you've been doing). I agree about getting great support from the friends I have on this site. My hubby was making fun of me when I just started counting calories. I kept turn to this site to get the support that I needed, and…
