I agree with this. i think it is rude to ask for gifts that you don't need or want. How could it possibly be rude to ask people NOT to spend their hard earned money on crap you don't need when you would rather just have lunch with them.

I weigh every day but I only log when it's lower than my last logging. I seem to have a problem with retaining water so I always log the lowest weight

The only way to know whether you can do it or not is to try. I thought that I could but I was way more out of shape than I thought and I couldn't do it. But I tried.. You may be "fat"(pardon that I don't mean it rude) But still be able too. I have a cousin who was seriously overweight but was able to do it and it worked…

I found that if I drink from a 28 oz bottle, and fill it twice then that's 7 cups a day and makes it much easier :)

Also, my family and my husbands family are complete opposites and we are doing great... your families have nothing to do with your long term relationship. My dad has only met his dad one time and that was last year on my birthday. there is no reason why you can't be with someone whose family is different than yours

I think I am going to to agree here. If he gets to see other people then so do you. It's taken two years to decide that he loves you? Sounds to me like it's not fear it's just keeping his options open.

I think it's a personal choice. If you want to splurge one day then do it! If you feel like it will cause your whole week to spiral out of control then don't.

You can also buy another ring in the smaller size to wear over the top of it. That way you don't have to take it off and you don't risk loosing it. I should note that I didn't read any previous posts :)

Hey I am 5'11" also!!Lucky you though started at 212.. I was up to 261 when the doctor finally told me to start moving... down 20 lbs now, but glad to have an idea of what I may look like at 175. That's my goal. Slow and steady :) Congrats on your loss you look great!
