I have to tell you that I am in the minority here. I almost never went over. I only lost significant weight when I didn't go over 1250-1400 cals I was allowed before adding in the exercise. Right now I want to lose ten more and am eating approx 2200 cals and working out everday and not losing a single pound(I fluctuate…

I weigh myself everyday(before and after my workout because it is fun to see how much more the scale goes down). I only record every Monday in my log book but I check in with MFP only when I lose weight.

Weightlifting and heavy cardio=Foo Fighters All sorts of everything from classic to alternative rock to hard rock to soul to old country when light cardio(bike or walking)

Cardio! When I first started loved me some elliptical. Sill do. Low impact and good workout.

Almost everyday I eat the same thing, banana, protein bar and water. Rarely do I deviate because I workout in the morning and always want the protein and recovery from the combo of the two.

Wearing size 34 pants!! I was pushing 40's. When asked what my goals were when I started the gym I said that I wanted to do a pull up. Just recently ripped off 4 of them babies. Now if I am ever hanging on the side of a cliff or a building I can maybe scream for help before falling to my death as opposed to just falling.

I know, just wanna take the scale and throw it out the window. Only problem is it would hit the grass and wouldn't break. Maybe I'll put it on the highway and watch trucks run over it.....

0 caffeine intake since March 9. Never a coffe drinker but used to drink too much soda. Water is pretty much it with an occasional Guiness or Oberon.
