The photographer explained to me the shoot can be as racy or as demure as I would like. I can choose how much I want to show and in what setting. Im not brave enough to bare all, and its a bit intimidating as his portfolio is full of very fit women. But someday I might regret not doing it.

How can anyone say they dont need milk!?! Hello late night bowl of cereal, Greek yogurt after a workout, frozen yogurt as a treat! Maybe it isn't needed but I could single handedly support the milk industry. I even like a glass of chocolate milk after a workout if i dont have a protein shake.

Well I love panera bread. Their pick two items are all under 500 calories and I hear wendys has a grilled chicken sandwich for around 300 with no mayo. There are choices out there just dont make it a habbit

Me also! Northeast Ohio to be more specific so not only is there crap for weather but there's also not much in the way of entertainment! Lol I guess that's why I spend so much time at the gym

It is never too late to begin again. If you lost and gained, just began. Maybe you did good all week and then went over on Friday. Maybe you ate a late night snack. Whatever the set back you can decide that right now you begin again. No matter how bad you think it is make that decision to start over

I couldn't see the photo's at all but I am very curious as this is around where I'd like to be

I LOVE peanut butter, nuts and cottage cheese. I also love cheese in general, low fat string cheese, feta, and goat cheese are great ways to add some protein to salads or roasted veggies

Sounds silly, but my grandmother always taught me three polite bites :) Anytime you crave a sweet take three moderately sized bites. It's hard to put the fork down but I'd rather have three bites of something than crave it until I completely let it take over me.

What a great idea! A cheat meal instead of a cheat day I think would be much more appropriate. And also you guys are right, I haven't had nearly enough water this weekend. I usually drink around 7 of those 16.9oz bottles of water. I probably had that combined Saturday and Sunday. I hate restarting but it's just what I have…

Cinnamon for sure! Not only does it taste great but it's also proven to regulate your blood sugar levels :)

I do the same thing! So ironic that you posted this. I figured that whatever I eat, minus what I exercise is just going to have to be enough. My net calories are usually around 700, I know it's says it's not enough but I already eat high calorie snacks like cheese and nuts and protein shakes after working out. It's just…

Screen name: Mrs. Knotts Goal for March 31st: 115 March1st (starting weight): 122 March 8th: 119 March 15th: March 22nd: March 29th: March 31st I really think that Lent is going to get me to this goal. I can stay on track only for so long but the "goodies" left at work always throw a wrench in my eating plans. My goal is…

I feel the same way! I lost about 50lbs last year and started mfp in Jan. to use just as a food journal. I began snacking and allowing myself to eat things I normally wouldn't just because I had hit my goal. I've since gained back about 15 pounds and I'm ashamed to say it. But the important thing to remember is that I know…

I bought a pair of boots and they didn't leave seam marks on my legs.....because they don't touch my legs:) My husband has begun to refer to me as " Skinny Minny" and for the first time I bought something that was a size XS

You are amazing! What a transformation! It must feel like such an accomplishment and I hope you are very proud of yourself! I don't know how you powered through the slow days or the temptations but I hope to have a little of your success:)
