  • Another great morning with the heavier weights. As it turns out, my husband hasn't had to use weights for his workouts the past two days. So while I've been going harder, he's been doing cardio. And taking a rest day. Hmph! I'm watching the Workouts 3 & 4to see what I'll have to modify. Glad I survived weeks 1 & 2!
