I have anxiety as well. It makes getting out of bed very hard.... I'm with the people who say fake it til you make it.... I'll start tomorrow if you will!!

30 pounds is AMAZING!! If you haven't added weights to your cardio, that might help.....but most importantly don't give up, and don't drop your calories too low or you won't be able to stay on track.

I'm 5'8" and I currently weigh (i'm embarrassed to say) 191. My goal is 165 because I think it is something I can maintain. I am athletic and have a larger bone structure.
