you all look amazing. what accomplishments. but my question for all of you is what did you do or not do? give up/refused to give up? how did you get here from there? i want details- push-ups, running, taco bell, dark chocolate, anything.

i started @ 300 lbs. im 31 & 5'7". my knees are crap & 1 hip is .i use a stationary bike. ive just started doing girl push-ups & lifting water jugs. im down 11 lbs so far. i love chair dancing, & cant wait for my mom to put up her backyard pool. you can do it.

i too suffer from the deliciousness of the green olive. i love the juice as salad dressing. the sodium is bad, but its vegetable fat & not animal fat, so i eat em. just not daily.

did the popsicle/pickle only diet in highschool.dropped 50lbs in no time. lol.

ramps. raw,cooked,in eggs,potatoes,on a sammich... syrup n eggs j&j rolls- shrimp & crab w/avacado,terriyaki,& caviar on top

if the sugar comes from fruits & veggies, i don't worry about it. & if youre under calorie goal you can figure 1 extra sugar = 4 calories.

bbq sauce, little water, marinate overnite, bake @ 350 for 30-45 minutes.

dark chocolate, peanut butter on pretzels, claussen pickles, olives, & rare red meat. i mostly crave meat with TOM. i buy deli sliced rare roast beef. its $10/lb so i allow for a couple bites am & pm.

you should alway trust your instincts. that being said, i'm a proud concealed-carry female. if your state allows, there are classes you can take to feel confident with a firearm. flashbang holsters has special holsters that attach to the sports bra & are invisible under a loose shirt.
