I hula hoop pretty much every day, but I don't do any routines or classes or anything fancy, just a couple times throughout the day while watching TV. This method doesn't burn a ton compared to other exercise, but it's an easy way to burn calories that I wouldn't be if I stayed sitting on the couch watching TV.

I get my cardio from youtube videos, such as Jillian Michaels and also the Fitnessblender channel. For strength, I recently finished the book "Body by You" and now I'm doing a program from a website called ashotofadrenaline.com. All body weight workouts :). Hope this helps!

Just did a check (although only over 10 seconds because I'm lazy) and it is 66 bpm. I do a combination of cardio and body weight strength training.

I have only lost about 24 pounds (wasn't overweight, but on the higher end of healthy range and not happy with my body), but I miss burning more calories for the same amount of exercise...gotta work harder to burn more calories now! That's about it, though.

Nope, you only use 1 tablespoon of each and I find it doesn't ooze everywhere. Trust me, you gotta try it!

I love grilled peanut butter nutella banana sandwiches...nutella on one side, peanut butter on the other, bananas in the middle and butter on the outsides. Grill in a frying pan. Beautiful.

I often cook my oatmeal in just water, which would be boring on its own, but I add all the yummy stuff right into the bowl after. I do a lot of different combos, but I love cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and peanut butter! I have also done a little bit of orange juice and white chocolate chips, it was delicious.

Oatmeal with 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tbsp white chocolate chips. It was delicious!! I love eating oatmeal because there are so many yummy things to mix in.

I feel like my stomach reacts even more slowly than everyone else. There have been times when 20 minutes later, | still wasn't full but I felt like I ate too much already, so continued to wait. About an hour after I ate, I all of a sudden felt stuffed. Wish it didn't take so long!

Look up "the oatmeal artist" on google. It's a whole website devoted to oatmeal recipes, including stove top, baked and overnight oats. She has a ton of amazing and easy recipes on there.
