You look good, keep it up! I was the same way. I lost 30 pounds and it took other people to tell me they could see the difference. As far as going down in size, I can still wear some of the clothes I was wearing before, just have more room, really loose, and not uncomfortable like before. It takes time, but we can do this.

I can tell because I see it in your face and your neck and shoulders. I wear those same type of dresses in the summer and I inherited my mothers shoulders and when I lose weight I can always tell around my neck and shoulder area. Good job! Keep going.
