I went from a 42 H to a 40 D at present. . I was going through bra sizes so quickly in the beginning it was getting so expensive. There is still a good handful there but man are they deflated ;(

Thanks ;)

I feel your pain on the deflated breasts. I can't believe how much I have lost from my own with my weight loss. i also thought they were one of my best features but not so much anymore. I understand your frustration with the bras and swim tops. I also feel like I don't fill out my bra's properly. Doesn't matter what i do…

You look great! Congratulations on your weight loss. ;)

I am definitely happy with the way i look in clothes..no question about that. Naked..well that's been a slow process. I do love how my body has changed..nice curves now BUT the loose skin I struggle with some times. At 65lbs down I definitely notice it on my tummy and arms. It frustrates me at times because i know how hard…

After looking at page after page of all this wonderful food I have come to the conclusion my food is so boring! I need to get more creative and jazz it up a bit. I agree with some that I can't imagine eating some of these meals on a daily basis and being able to stay within my caloric goal. BUT..it looks so wonderful! ;)

While I understand your frustration, covering your mouth and such is a bit much. I personally would've just gotten off the machine and moved on to another one or went to do something else. This is not an excuse for bad hygiene but some gym clothes retain a funky smell after you have worn them a lot even after being…

There is always ways to modify your workout around injuries. Yes many of these routines do target the upper body muscles..working biceps, triceps, shoulders, back etc.. There are so many lower body exercises as well. You just have to find what works for you. Some are more strenuous on the knees than others. As far as…

When I made my three day full body weight training plan this article was so helpful and clear to follow. Take a look at it.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw101.htm

I have tried curves in the past..and i hope i don't get flamed for saying this but I wouldn't recommend it for my friends/family for the most part. Now, it's been years since I did curves so things may have changed since then so i can't speak to that. I would personally suggest a gym..trainer before curves.

I'd suggest custom orthotics if your feet are truly flat. No insole that comes in any shoe has given me enough support for my flat feet on their own. Without my orthotics I'd be in major pain by the end of my workout. They aren't cheap but worth every penny for me. They can make them with a more flexible material so that…

Body building.com has a lot of workouts there and some great information. I'm certainly no expert but I would say to do a mix of both cardio and weights. So if you go MWF you could do a 30min weight session followed by some cardio of choice.

i've got a polar HRM and the chest strap is suppose to go just below the breast. I just put mine on and make sure it's up as high as i can get it under my breasts and then make sure the sensor part is positioned over the heart area. hth

I think it really comes down to personal preference..I didn't like either of those flavours to be honest ;)

I just made this recipe and it was delicious ..Acorn squash apple pie.. http://www.fitnessrxwomen.com/nutrition/recipes/allis-slim-pickins/acorn-squash-apple-pie/

I'll one up you! lol How about what you describe..PLUS. taking up a whole section of the dumbbells by laying a stack of paper notes of what the guy has to do for the workout on them...geesh..see this every damn day! I just wanna scream...get your **** off the dumbbells and move back! lol

The best I could describe by how you've asked me to assess it is with palm facing up is .. So if you find the mid point of my wrist on the back of hand side and follow it up the forearm, that is where i feel the 'pain'. The pain doesn't start from the wrist though..it starts about midway up the forearm and upwards to my…

I don't know about mfp because i don't log my exercise here but I do know that the exercise equipment at our gym grossly overestimates calories burned. I know this because i purchased a HRM and compared the two. The machine overestimated my calories by almost double. So I agree..HRM is the way to go if you really want a…

After reading this thread...now I want peanut butter! So so yummy and one of my favourite things..with chocolate of course.lol

I just thought of this post as I was on a website I just found.."Dashing Dish". They offer one month meal plans for 19.99..so based on that I would say you payed a lot of money on yours.

Let me put it this way..I've been going to the gym for around a year and a half and I still don't feel slim enough.;) Ive lost 65lbs and there are still some days that I feel self conscious. I would say that at the hour i workout I am still one of the largest females there and that sucks. Especially since I work so damn…

bumping to get some ideas. ;)

I must've been living under a rock because I had no idea there were so many great ways to use cottage cheese. Thank you all for some great suggestions. I typically just eat it with fruit so i'm excited to try some of these.
-
I just wanted to say you gave such a thoughtful response to this post..so kind and encouraging. I haven't seen a lot of that lately on MFP so it's very refreshing. ;) Thank you.

Thanks for your input. I was really just curious about them since I hadn't heard of it before. I've not used them personally but i do love regular saunas because like you mention it does make my joint pain better. As for the naturopath..I'm still undecided if it's going to help but i have been following what he suggests…

It may sound weird but I do like the protein that cottage cheese has to offer but I don't like the taste at all with the liquid in it. The curds alone don't really have much flavour so what i will do is add some fruit to it and it actually tastes really good. They actually sell block cottage cheese that has even more of…

This is a very interesting thread..I'm learning a lot but am now wondering..I'm very new to lifting and still lifting very light compared to some, but it's a challenge for me. I lift the 65lb straight bar right off the rack and start my 'romanian dead lifts from there. I don't bring the bar to the ground but to around mid…
