That's amazing - I started losing weight in Feb but then seemed to drift off and never quite got back into it. If I had kept it up perhaps I could be 52 lbs lighter. I'm so cross with myself!

I find planning helps me. If I make sure I have loads of chopped carrots, celery, hard boiled eggs etc. in the fridge and then I am more likely to eat them if I think I'm getting hungry. Great job, you can really see the difference! Can you tell me, what do you do in the mornings before your kids wake? This is pretty much the only time I could exercise but need to put a plan in place. My husband leaves for work at 5.15am (so I could get up then) and my kids start to wake up about 6am. Any ideas?
