I agree. The only time i track things other than intentional exercise is like when i'm at work and have to put a shipment away, that's a lot of heavy lifting and usually more than 30 min

in the am u may weigh a bit more, and it may effect you over the week, but it won't cause too much harm, 3500 is a lb, so just work out a little more tomorrow :)

its only on the weekends, your staying within your calories, go for it! Gotta live a little, and you're more likely to keep weight off if while losing it you don't completely deprive yourself! Like you said old habits die hard, they don't need to die, just hibernate every so often :)

depending on my day i do between 15000-25000 steps at work and i just have my activity level set higher

yep same problem, but your definitely right, it's b/c of the right side being dominant. I'm the same way, i try to make myself work my left side more when using weights and what not, people are symmetrical so i think it's just something ya gotta get used to. I think the smaller we get the less noticeable it will be =)

I've been on this site since jan 2010 and i just noticed this today when i entered my exercise that my protein went from over to under! I'd like to know this too, i mean i guess it's similar to the reason calories go up, hmm?

my friend has it & i use it, it burns a lot of calories (18+ cals per min vs. a reg weight at 2.5 cpm) so in 8 min u burn 150 but it don't think it works to build muscle, you do feel a slight burn when you're done

Yea same here, always cold, just think, you have less fat to keep you warm and your blood pressure has probably been lowered by your new healthy diet. atleast That's what i figured.
