lots of people set their recommendations to 40% carbs, 30% protein is that a better goal?
-
i've got my protein set to recommended amount and its 48. i usually go over to be honest, by the end of today i would have had 68 porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, turkey and veg curry with quinoa for dinner and fruit/rice cake snacks in between. is this an okay level of protein? i thought it was carbs that kept you…

i know everyone bats around 'starvation mode' but ive been told if you go below 1200 your body holds onto everything. try measuring yourself as well as weighing you might be losing more than you think. unfortunately the weight didnt go on over night so its not going to leave over night! i wish i could just not eat for a…

i used to rely on dairy so much and every meal would have cheese in it. but ive pretty much cut it out now! i lived for a year in a thai household and lost over a stone without even trying/meaning to just from eating differently. they eat a lot of oily fish, lots of chilli, rice is the only carb, lots of little meals…

its funny how the people you know can shape how you think of a name. I used to love the name Noel, then I dated one and he turned out to be a total creep and i cant stand it any more! Berenice is beautiful! i used to babysit a little french girl called it
-
loving Jake/Jacob as well. names like Rory, Ethan, Glenn any name that would suit a lumberjack :P unfortunately no one seems to like Nikki, it was unusual when i was born in the 80's but now every chav in sight is called it!

my friends think my face dimples are hilarious! whenever i get really happy and grin they all say 'put your dimples away!' lol never really looked at my back to see if i have them, might check later :P
-
god, your lovely! why cant there be more guys like that in the world?! lol
-
I have face dimples.... they aren't as fun! :P
-
i must admit i havent in the past. i see it as that i shouldnt be happening so i will rectify it as though it never happened. if that tactic didnt work then i would note it!!!

water water and more water fills you up and flushes you out green tea is supposed to speed up you matabilism also.

i'd say the calculator to use depends on the outr come you want. if you are aiming to be lean then basic bmi is just the ticket but i want a bit of squish still so i think this one will suit me better
-
im sure your not underweight at all! its all personal opinion. i think these numbers would suit by frame more, maybe an average of the two would be best. might try adding bmi and what this one says together and dividing by 2, see where i stand?!
-
Me as well! i was recommended 140 to and i would look like a disney witch at that weight! the one i posted recommended same as you, my goal is now at 165 also :) at least you can always chose to lose more if your not happy when you get there rather than essentially copping out!
