I get them occasionally, but its usually when I am feeling anxious. I might get them for a couple of nights then they stop. I hope yours stop soon x

I eat 1 of 2 breakfasts. I eat the same lunch every day And have about 4-5 choices for dinner. I also eat the same snacks most days. I find simplicity is my best friend. Also it keeps the IBS under control :)

I always lose my stomach fat last. I have been weight lifting since January and it is slowly improving. I think its dropping your body fat and a whole lot of patience :)

If you had the table to yourself go for it. If you lit it up while i was sitting there, I would be very annoyed. You risk your own health...not others.

The way I see it... You have the right to smoke, but I have the right to not have to smoke. And when someone lights up next too me...my choice has been taken away. And the healthiest option has to win out.

Yup I saw a pattern just like that. No weight loss for 2 weeks then 2 lbs in one week!

My hips and stomach were the last areas to start reducing noticeably. Give it time, it will start to go :)

I used to do a weekly total, so I would be under during the week so I could eat more on the weekends....including take aways. I wouldnt feel guilty, but everyone is differnt :)

When I started I was looking through other peoples food diary's to get an idea of how to eat at a lower calorie level.

I weigh once a week on a Wednesday morning and I measure once a month in the morning as well :)

Just keep going. Then get a new set of scales or change the batteries. Don't give up. Its not just about the number on the scale :)

It really is. Also good if you add some sour cream and salsa, but I like to keep the cals lower seeing as avocados pack a calorie punch!

Well I got to 1600 cals and was maintaining. But I carried on increasing to 2000 and I was still maintaining at that. So maybe if you haven't already, maybe try going higher anyway !

I was on 1200 at the start and yes I lost weight...of course. I am now maintaining and if I were to do it again....I would not have eaten so little. I will never do that again, because I now know it wasn't needed! I read all the posts, but obviously needed to come to that conclusion by myself :/. Edited to actually answer…

Personally I wouldn't worry too much, it will always be an estimate at those events anyway. Maybe just slightly drop cals for a week to compensate if you are worried. If I have a mega bad day, it doesn't affect me much anyway, so I wouldn't even do that anymore. Just really enjoy yourself :)

I was a little like this at first. But over time i have become alot more relaxed. I know now that I can eat quite alot without putting on weight. So after the trial and error phase hopefully you will become more relaxed too! I do still weigh everything and log it all, but I have every other weekend where I wont, and I wont…
