Yes maybe I will ask the staff. And yes it is with dumbbells. Next time I will pay more attention and see how tightly I'm gripping the weights. Its just annoying that the thing that prevents me going heavier isn't the muscles I'm working, but the pain in my hands :/. Thanks for the reply

That's great. I might do something similar to this when I'm at goal :). Its also reassuring to know that even if you go over, as long as you average out at a deficit you will lose weight!

Hey! Looking at your diary....well that cereal (frosted wheats) is a high sugar cereal....I mean its coated in it. Maybe find an alternative. I have Muesli which is actually high in sugar, but when I can get the reduced sugar one I do! Also you eat a lot of sugary snacks....maybe try popping in some veggie stick in place…

I can not remember a time when I haven't had breakfast. I don't think I could function well at work in the morning without it...plus i don't drink caffeine.

I felt this way at first, but once you start doing it your energy levels will increase and you will no longer feel like you cannot do it :)

If I need a quick meal I get birds eye rice fusions which take 3 1/2 mins in the microwave and birds eye cod fillets in a bag with sauce which take 4 1/2 mins in the microwave! It's tasty and low cal!

I'm on 1300. My diary is open so just take a browse. I do eat back exercise cals though!

Yes I did consider a barbel! I used to enjoy using it in body pump! Also another question: How many sets and reps would be good? I used to do 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps with light weights but it should be lower reps for heavier weights?

I love the zumba on the Wii. I have played a game before where you are on like a course and you have to duck under obstacles and jump, and that is shattering, but I cannot remember what it is called. I saw a dumbbell with the wii remote inside on the net today.....that would be a great way to track reps etc!!

If I don't eat enough or feel hungry....this can bring on my anxiety, as I feel weak and light headed....feeling I associate with panic attacks. What I am eating now very rarely leaves me feeling hungry...feel free to have a look at my diary. Don't let the anxiety stop you from making changes, but do listen to your body :).
