I have been away for several months and now I am paying for it. Hopefully this will assist with establishing momentum going into the New Year. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 300.6. I have found that Slim-Fast's Double-Dutch Chocolate snack bars (100 calories) satisfy my chocolate sweet tooth. They are small but are enough to satisfy the craving.

I weighed in this morning and was pleased to see that I hit my 10 lb challenge. My goal was to be 280 by 2/1/10 and as of this morning (1/20/10) I was 279.2. It is nice to achieve something early for a change. Now to work on the next 10 lbs.!

We bought a Thinner brand electric scale about 6 months ago. It was about $65 and it has proven to be very accurate. Before you weigh yourself you need to tab it with your foot so it can calibrate but once you see 0.00 you can step on. It weighs you to the 2 tenths of a pound. I highly recommend it.
