I'm a 5'5" hourglass with curves. I would cry if I saw myself as a size zero; I would look very ill. Plus, I don't want to lose my bubble butt. My goal is a fit/athletic size 8 or 10. However, I have seen healthy size 0s who just have a very small frame and are naturally very thin.

Worst: Did you lose weight. Are you okay? (suggesting I'm ill). <we need less like him lol Best: You lost weight! Great! Keep at it! You're doing a good job.<----we need more like her

Thanks for sharing your journey.

I enjoyed reading your story. I admire your dedication. You keep "working on tightening up some squishy and wobbly bits."

Pervs will be pervs. You'll find pervs everywhere. I don't think there will be any law banning pervs from driving anytime soon.

Yes, I'm also an hourglass! I have trouble with finding pants that fit. I usually see if I can take in the pants at the waist if I really like the pants. I rarely find pants that fit perfectly. I also prefer workout pants with a drawstring! Oh, I almost forgot skirts. Some skirts may be to my knees in the front but is way…

I weighed 199 lbs in January. I currently weigh 188 lbs. My current goal is 160ish. I have always looked much lighter than the number on the scale. I'll lose more if I feel the need. My main goal is to look fit and athletic with more muscle definition. body shape: hourglass height: 5'5.5" Yes, the 1/2 is important

@Minerva I recall studying about that disorder. I'm contemplating getting sleeping pills. However, I'm not a big fan of meds.

Thanks for the education and inspiration. I was brainwashed to believe that one would never see their abs if they've given birth:noway:

Hi everyone! I live in Canada. No, I don't live in an igloo. I look forward to inspiring!

wow!! PhD candidate at 23?

agree. It would be interesting to also have photos of these same girls or body type wearing fitted clothes. Would they pick the same person in clothing vs bikini?
-
Great job. I can see less fat at the waist, tummy, and thighs.
-
This is cruel. I admit I lol'd at Santa Claus.
-
did you get them to fit?
-
I agree as well. Changing distorted thoughts is a big component regardless of one's weight/physical appearance. I was one of those people who gained a lot of weight after becoming extremely fit.

funny!

you force your butt into stretchy pants so you can lie to yourself about your pants size you wear very tight clothing to convince yourself you're actually that size your nostrils flare at any pants that don't stretch in the clothing department when buttons from clothing brand your skin
