Im 5.3 and started out at about 180lbish ( after my son was born) and now down to 151lb, Im aiming for around 140 lb which is the highter end of the " healthy weight scale" and Im going to reassess from there, my my lowest i want to be is around 135 as I dont want to go daft. Ive not got any weights at mo so using 2 x 560g of tinned fruit! Must be working as I can feel my chest muscles very well lol. We do ours around 8.30pm once our youngest goes to bed xx

Walking is one of the " all round "good exercise, it works your whole body. It might not be a high cal burn but its a good toner, same as swimming/pilates/yoga, they all still make ur body work x

ive lost 28lb just watching/logging what i eat, smaller portions and being clever with exercise, ie walking more. I do try and work out 2x a week but it can be a bit difficult finding the time with a family and work commitments. I watched the first one she did a few yrs ago and it was really good, i thought this one was a repeat until someone said she went back up again. Ive sky + it and will be watching it tomorrow at some point. I cried with her last time through her efforts, so i can imagine i will be empathizing with her again! xx chrissy x

Will take my tummy measurements on monday 05 09 11, gonna take thinnest part of my waist, around my belly button and also lower yummy measurement ( just above my pubic bone) so its lower waist/hips. Im doing zumba wii 2x a week :D xx

Thanks for sharing your stories. kinda makes me feel more human to know that the release of energies/emotions is doing me good. They say that exercise is a good stress reliever and thats becoming very apparant! xx
