If its fine spinach thats cubed. i put a couple in a drop of hot water in a cup to defrost slightly and add it to everything! spag bol, lasagne, casseroles , curries, anything because it just spreads out and looks like herbs :D xx

Don't be disheartened sweet, I've maintained too, just mix it up a bit or keeping going as you are, it's natural to plateau once in a while, while ur body catches up! I know I've lost inches since I started, really need to take my measurements again xx

Takes nine months for your body to adapt and change during pregnancy... it takes roughly a yr for your body to return back to normal. Keep at this chick... it will be worth it in the end! xx

Hun, you really should stop weighing in morning and night as it really doesnt do you any good, stick to once a week, same time on the same scales and it will give u a clearer indication of your weight.
