That's great! I'll send you an invite to the private group. To find it, just click Groups above. Once I send an invite, it should be listed under "My Groups."

Please head over to the Groups tab and search for the Total Lifestyle Challenge there. You should have received an invite for the group. I’ll be posting the Google sheet tonight.

You received an invite to our private group. The bell in the upper corner should have a red dot to show a notification. Or you can just go to the Groups tab and search for our group. You will be admitted automatically since I already invited you.

I would love to join! I did a challenge (with even more accountability rules) a number of years ago, and it was the best thing I found for weight loss.

Their black bean "love cakes" are a good option, and I believe they are served with a side salad. Just don't eat the biscuit! ;-)
