I just got done with my 4 start up classes and join an actual class tomorrow morning. Have you been to any classes yet? My advice is just do your best to learn the form and don't worry about the strength and endurance - that will come...it has no choice :-)

I eat lots of eggs and my good cholesterol is high and my bad cholesterol is low. My doc said there is nothing to worry about. I do try and skip the yolk sometimes but not always. Try eating more things that are said to lower your cholesterol levels maybe...

I went to smoking only when I drank and then cold turkey. I just pushed through the cravings and all. When I put my mind to it and mean it I make it happen. So maybe try picking up a new stubborn personality :-) Good luck!
