  • I would say heavy lifting is 70-80% of your maximum. How many squats at 20lbs can you do? If youre doing more than 12 (assuming 3 sets of 12), you're not lifting heavy. With heavy lifitng, you should be shooting more for 6-8 reps 3-4 sets AND feeling like you worked after each set! My own example: Dumbbell Bench Press…
