Has anyone taken their before pictures? I took mine Saturday and .... I need the shred LOL! However on a good note, I lost a lb last week! I've been doing pushups, squats and made small dietary changes.

I have not been able to start the shred yet, but I think hubby and I decided that Tuesday was our day to start! Excited, not excited.. meh.. I know it's good for me but gosh dang it's a killer haha. Great job pushing through guys!

Don't be discouraged by that weight gain. Your body freaks out with the changes and holds in water since it's paniced. You're also building muscle and so that puts some effect on the scale as well. Just stick with it :)

Have you tried the 30 day shred? don't let that title fool you, it's a bear and it works. I did the levels in 15 day blocks and started seeing some definition around day 15, the end of block1, but I worked it! lol. here... I did the super and sprint back in may, super sat and sprint sun so it was rough. But it was honestly the most fun I've had in years. I was beat up, bruised, cut, but I was a spartan. I ran and did tons of burpees, 100 or so a day. It is rough, but you'll make it. Have a great time! Aroo!!

Great job Methridg! I gained too in my first month, but it all leveled back out and now I'm losing, I'm in block two, week three. Keep it up! Try and get those Saturday workouts in. I love the yoga, it's hard but feels good. I agree with Skinnywitt about the mat, so I've pretty much ditched mine.

As Rhino already said that yes it's 7 days but you can opt out of dynamix on day 7, and just do 6 days. Good luck on lean, I was thinking to try that one next after completing classic

Well, and I'm sure you knew this was coming, just bite the bullet and workout at least on Saturday. Just get in that 30 min block and get it over with. Find some healthy but satisfying snacks, and well I'm sure you know that beer isn't your best choice of drink. Have some beer, but have some control too.. don't be like me…
