I wouldn't call that a small success. I see some great results for 30 days! I can definitely tell a difference in your waist, stomach and thighs. Great job! 30DS is one of my favorite programs. I haven't tried RI30 yet but I doing Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones with 30DS this month. Jillian is…

I think that sometimes we need those indulgences in life. When I know I'm going to be eating something that I really enjoy but will put me over in calories, I will usually try to get an extra workout in to help compensate. But like many others have said...get a small and enjoy every bite of it with the movie.

Congrats! Isn't that the most awesome feeling?!?!

I had wondered if I could run both C25K and Zombies, Run at the same time. Good to know.

I have been looking at this app for a while and it looks like a lot of fun. I don't usually buy apps I think this will be a reward for finishing C25K. :)

I've used laughing cow in my scrambled eggs before as well. Yum!! I also like it on celery and I use it on my sandwiches in the place of mayo. I may have to try the mac & cheese idea. Brilliant!

I just did Week 3, Day 2. I've loved the program so far and am encouraged by my progress so far. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to switch to 3 minutes as well but on Day 1 was able to do 2 1/2 minutes and then 3 minutes on the repeat interval. Last night I did Day 2 and had a bit of a harder time but it was my first night…

Plain Greek yogurt with a cup of fresh fruit and a 1/4 cup of Grapenut cereal usually keeps me going for a few hours. I use some Stevia to cut the tartness of the plain yogurt.

Fantastic job! I'm on Day 12 now and I hope that I have results as great as yours!

Sad that he can't be more supportive but I know how you feel. I'm ADD also and I sometimes feel like my husband is subconsciously trying to sabotage my efforts to improve myself. But that's no reason we can't be successful. When I found out I was pregnant with my last baby I had successfully lost 30 pounds because of the…

LOVE this movie! You rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles. I am the brute squad. We are men of action; lies do not become us.

I started with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred when I first started working out. I had not exercised in years beyond walking around my job and was encouraged that it was only 20 minutes....close to 30 with the warm-up and cool down. I won't sugarcoat it....It's a tough work out but boy is it worth it. I managed to stick…

I used to use balsamic vinegar and olive oil, but my current favorite is salsa with a little bit of light sour cream mixed in.

Looking good! I agree with you that have a butt that looks like a C is gorgeous. I'd rather have the hourglass than look like a drinking glass....imho.

This is my second go at MFP as well. I was somewhat successful the first time but then I got pregnant and stopped doing everything. My littlest one is now 3 months old and I'm wanting to really get rid of all the baby weight I gained with her. Let's encourage each other and meet our goals. :)

My favorite is Chobani nonfat plain. I add a couple teaspoons of stevia to it and cut up fruit with a bit of grapenuts or granola on top. By far, one of my favorite quick breakfasts.

I use an app called RunDouble on my phone. It has a 2 week free trial to get you started and the costs $1.60 for the remaining 7 weeks. There are free apps out there as well but I like this one because it keeps track of my miles and pace for each interval and my average overall. I run in my neighborhood but I know a friend…

I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Couch to 5K. After 30DS, I will probably start adding in some of JM's other DVDs as well to mix it up a bit.

I'm a teacher. I started MFP during the school year over a year ago and was able to successfully keep it up through the summer and into the next school year. Just before school started though I found out that I was pregnant and slowly slid off the wagon. I'm hoping to get back into my routines and then keep them up when…

For RunDouble it's free for the first two weeks and then $1.60 to unlock the other 7 weeks. That allows both doing it time or for distance.

I'm in week 2 of C25K. I managed to get up to week 4 before I found out that I was pregnant and I've just started back on it once I got the all clear from my doctor to start exercise again. I never thought I would enjoy running before I started the program and I'm really looking forward to going through it again. It's been…

I use RunDouble to do my C25K program. They have several different types of running programs...free runs, C25K, 10K, and half-marathons. It keeps track of time, pace, and maps as well. Plus, I can play my own music. As I run, it tells me how far I went for each interval, what my pace was, and what my average pace is for…

I add stevia to greek yogurt. Sweetens it up without adding any bad stuff to it.

I have to add my two cents towards C25K as well. I just recently started the program again and love it. I was doing it for the 4 weeks before I got pregnant and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to progress with the program. Prior to doing C25K I used to think that I hated running and had a list of reasons for why I…

I have The Yummy Life oats on my menu for this week. I'm looking forward to trying them. The other recipe ideas on this thread look yummy as well. I may have to try them later. :)

I was planning on doing this run as my first 5K. I just finished week 1 of C25K and loving the program. Like someone else said, it's hard but it has really helped to keep me going. If you use this promo code "DUVAL4H" when registering for the race, 20% definitely goes towards our local 4H programs. I have little tykes at…

Are you making sure to include exercises that work the lower abdominal muscles? Standard crunches will not touch the transversus abdominal muscles.

I try to make sure I'm eating 5-6 times a day to keep me full all day. Before I did that I would be starving by the time I ate or start grazing. Water is always good for helping to stave off hunger pains and sometimes I'll have some carrots with a tablespoon on peanut butter. The carrots are satisfying with their sweet…

I cried for a good thirty minutes with the 10th Doctor's exit. My son and husband thought I had lost my mind. My son really likes the 11th and I have gradually started to warm up to him.

My hubby doesn't quite get the Doctor either but he will watch it with me on occasion. I had the exact opposite reaction when he watched Blink with me. In fact, if I ever want to torment him I only have to show him an image of a weeping angel or mention one...or point out something that looks like one...lol.
