I know everyone is different, but I stopped eating a heavier evening meal about nine years ago and eat my heaviest meal at lunch. I usually have a lighter snack like fruit or yoghurt at night. It has really helped me maintain weight loss.

I've done this many times. The other night, I was sick of watching calories so I bought and ate an entire bag of Cheetos. I am not going to lie -- it was sooooo good to have a fattening snack, but I gained two pounds from it, even with exercise.

Hello! I may not lose 20 pounds, but I would be happy if I lost around 12. I plan to do it by not eating my calories back from exercising. I think that's what I've been doing wrong.
