9. Shredded. Looking sick

I went 1lb a week for about 2 1/2 months. I did put on extra fat but that was expected at 1lb weekly and then I've been maintaing my weight ever since. Even though I'm not completely shredded (I'm not dedicated enough for that), I'm very happy with my size. I might consider bulking again at the start of the new year.

I've a big one on my left arm which I've been getting laser removal on for the past few months, hurts like a *****! It's the biggest regret I have. Got it 5 years ago and have no idea why. But once it's faded enough I have a great piece to cover up that I've been working on for the last 2 years. :)

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It's very beneficial. If I don't drink at least this amount daily, my face puffs up like crazy due to salt intake lol.

It's going to be normal for your body to be sore with each new body part you workout. As for the skip the light weights and go straight for heavy, I don't agree at all. Lift at a weight that you can do reps with controlled proper form. It's useless using heavy weights if you aren't doing the exercise properly. I usually…
