Thank you everyone for your responses! I appreciate it very much. I have a baby at home and my schedule is all over the place with my online schooling so running groups aren't the best thing for me. I will check out higdon plans and just keep doing what I'm doing and build up on it. Thanx once again!

if you're truly willing to enjoy and eat something PLAIN like a baked chicken breast, carrots, or broccoli and not something fast and quick like bread, chocolate, granola bars, etc... if you wouldn't eat or don't feel like eating the plain healthy foods and you rather eat the quick more processed foods than you're not…

Actually you eat the same amount of calories but in a allotted period. Seems a lot of people are misinformed about the subject.

I really just wanted to know why the topic is so controversial and why people view it as bad? Its not like you don't eat, its just a period of time of your choosing where you don't eat. Apparently its accelerates fat loss and is good for you. Thank you for the replies.
