Kinda depressing for me. I just hit my 40 lb down mark today and I am at 245 now. I was just thinking of how much healthier I am from where I was 40 lbs ago, then I see that. Geesh. Edited because I can't read, then suddenly I could read again. :noway:

There is no way to know exactly every single calorie you have - even if you weigh it, or eat an exact serving of something. You may still be a couple calories off one way or the other. I would search out different leg exercises that are low impact - like leg lifts - to get the strength up around your knee. Start small, and work your way up.
