I'm definitely an emotional binge eater and I have been most of my life. I'm getting better at controlling it these days though. If you wish to add me then feel free to do so :D

I don't schedule the days when I'm going to take some photo's. I just take them when I feel like it, but they are usually taken quite close together. I'll probably end up spacing them out a bit more because I usually take some every 1 to 2 weeks.

I just eat whatever I want, whenever I'm hungry, but in moderation and then I'll have a treat near the end of the week once it has been earned by working hard throughout the week. :D

I've felt similar recently because I tried on one of my old interview shirts and it did fit me pretty well, however it was still a little bit tight on my lower stomach. It should fit me soon enough though. :D I wish that I had some advice, but I can definitely relate.

Just keep going and don't give up, tomorrow is another day after all. We all have our 'bad' days, but then we just remember how far we've come and then continue moving forwards. One day is not going to undo your progress and besides you're allowed at least one 'cheat' day per week. :D

Don't limit what you're eating too much because as long as you're being sensible then you'll still lose weight and I'm proof of this statement. If you don't eat the things that you enjoy then you'll just crave it more.

Try to do something else to preoccupy yourself like watch a movie, play a game, read, browse the internet or you could simply try drinking lots of water because that can help. :D

Most things concerning fast food. I love pizza and sometimes I get those cravings or I just comfort eat when I've had a bad day even though I know that I shouldn't.
