IF is simply choosing when to eat. What works is if it helps you create a calorie deficit by eating less.

Pretty sure that starvation mode is 1) not the term professionals in the field usually use for Adaptive Thermogenesis and 2) the fact that according to OP the dietician proclaimed she was in Starvation Mode just from glancing at her food diary and gave her a random flat number without doing any actual, you know, testing of…

Saying that everyone is so different and then offering your own experience as advice to someone go counter to each other. If everyone is so different, then your own experience is useless to anyone but yourself.

I was thinking of the part under "humans" where the study done showed the reduced energy needs came from mass loss (duh) and less fidgeting, and not some starvation mode. Unless you want to call moving less starvation mode now.
-
Don't forget the one where the myth about lemmings committing mass suicide comes from.

Yes they were. How do I know? Because I (and many others) have had that discussion many times. Get asked how you did it, tell them the long story of counting calories, starting to go to gym or doing a sport or whatever and the answer you get back? "That's boring, too much trouble I could never do that". That is the…

You have not been able to produce a single piece of science so far.

I was just speaking in general since I'm not familiar with most of them besides the hyperloop and solar roadways. Those are ridiculously large scale projects that as of now would be unthinkable for multiple reasons. But then I think that railway tracks connecting all of Europe for example were thought to be way to big a…

Congrats, you're losing water. Also you can't "do" Cico.

Have you read the article?

It's rare that I disagree with something you say. There's so many things that used to be impractical or even unthinkable say, 10, 20 years ago that is now commonplace. Not working on something because it's impractical now means it never gets done.

If you weren't metabolizing anything, you'd be dead. Now, you may feel like dying in the morning but In pretty sure you're actually alive.

Can you read? This was caused by a guy who said you literally 100% "no ifs and buts" can not lose weight if you're not in ketosis, the only way to lose weight is ketosis and it's literally impossible to get fat on ketosis. There is one person who came into this thread, not knowing anything about it, throwing a hissy fit…
-
Let's see "Can you gain fat while in Ketosis" a question caused by someone who said you can only lose fat when you're in Ketosis. Someone answers they eat a ton of carbs and lost fat just fine. I only see one person trying to derail the thread...

And me, a healthy young person with no insulin resistance or any other medical condition that would make me require to do so should be worried about insulin response... why exactly?

20 pounds in 30 days? No.

Absolutely wrong.

The Master cleanse is nothing but a money making scheme whose claims are entirely based in the land of fiction. There is nothing healthy about it, it cleanses nothing and I will not agree to disagree because this is not a matter of opinion or preference but fact and science and you don't get to choose your facts.

Autophagy is one of those things that when you are looking at the science is still in its baby shoes of being looked at but everyone and their mother are promoting their goddamn diets as being great for it.
-
Completely wrong.

If it's already been debated to death it's by definition not a new opinion or point.

There's no reason to prevent a completely normal biological mechanism from doing its thing. "Excess" insulin does not lead to diabetes, and insulin does not lead to fat gain, again, insulin can only deliver nutrients to your cells if those nutrients are in your blood to begin with and not needed for your body's energy…
-
It sounds like total hogwash because it is.
-
Insulin isn't telling anyone to do anything. Insulin is a UPS delivery guy. There's stuff insulin can deliver, Insulin comes and delivers it. Nothing to deliver, insulin doesn't come out. You're mixing up cause and effect.

http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2626/2 This says it has about 1 gram per 30g, which would make it about 600 grams to get to 20. A bit of a difference from 1,5 kilos.

Probably doesn't ship to Germany by any chance

The purple one is dope. There's apparently also a blue and a black one but I can't find them anywhere.

Your ridiculous claims make me think your idea of research is doctor google and internet blogs.
