  • I've noticed my goal number is 1890, food is 1800... If I exercise it automatically increases the food I can additionally eat if I choose (I'm new) so I could be wrong but that's what I see?
  • Thank you all for your reply, I lost 7 pounds this week (my first week) and it still stayed the same I still have it in losing 2 pounds a week but my goal calorie consumption stayed the where it was, I'll wait a couple of more weeks and see if it changes :-) Thanks again
  • Can I add a question? When I do a weigh in at the end of the week and if I lose or gain does it automatically change my food goal number or do I need to do this manualy Thanks
  • yeah, I'm in the same boat... I just start the first of the week & even walk 2 miles each day Wed, Thursday & today at lunch time and poof tonight pizza and wings... Just kick myself at times

  • I've done WW a quite a few times and loss weight then I quit writing and caculating, so I'm trying this out now seems better with just counting calories and then being able to type what I've eaten and let MFP pull the food from the data base :-)
  • I'm 54 so your younger so you can learn if you like... Kids won't use the long spelling it'll slow them down since they usually are texting 2+ people at the same time. When I don't know something I'll ask my 16 year old daugher. I'm a newbie here :smile:
