Hi, I am in the same situation, I lost 27 lbs up to now, I started seriously after Christmas....I am in a plateau since the last 2 months. Gained alot of weight afer my 2 pregnancies. I am adding you :)

Its not a easy journey....dont get discouraged so fast. I had day like that and I had excellent day. Now, I'm on a plateau but I am working on ......Go just continue logging!!!! and coming to MFP!!!

OMG, I do the SAME thing, I have a couple of very good days and I will sabotage myself with food like a tons of cold cut, cheese and bread, or 4 cups of pasta and meat sauce...etc.... I dont know why we do that...maybe we dont trust ourseles enough, maybe we think we dont deserve to loose the weight or we are not worth the…

Congrats. I'm at week 9, feeling great. I was thinking starting the C210K after will see, did my first 5K in 46 minutes. Another race on August 8 and in October 19. Anyone can do it! Just do it!

Congrats! Me too I have a Friday morning NSV: I had a old pair of pyjama pant, and my husband told me that we cant see my bumbum anymore and that they are too baggy!

I ran with my husband and I was not shy like a used to be a couple of month ago :) Love the exercices, love what I am becoming!

Allo, j'ai déjà suivi kilo cardio 2, 2 fois. J'ai beaucoup aimé et j'avais perdue du poids. Depuis quelques semaines, je me sens moins motivée, je mange beaucoup plus et un peu n'importe quoi :( Je dois retrouver cette supermotivation que j'avais.

Hi, I have registered to a 5K in October, a nice race in a park in the city. But, I have decided to register to a little local race in my neighbourhood....I'm kind of stress because I'm not going fast.... I am at week 7 day 1 and I jog slowly with 1 ou 2 mini-sprint. I always do around 3k with the app.... i

Do it, I ran alone all the time and I like it. I'm doing a 5K in June alone too. I am not in super good shape but I think I can do it! I am currently doing the C25K running program. I'm at week 5. Just go for it, you will meet new people and maybye make some friends. I'm sure you can find a Running Club in your area,…

Hi, I never been a runner but as April 1 I started the C25K running program, I'm at week 5 and I'm doing well. I know its not easy losing weight that as been accumulating over the years. Same thing for me, after university, I got married, had 2 babies and now I am!!!! I lost 23 lbs up to now and getting in a better shape.…

Very inspiring. I'm redoing week 4 because I dont feel ready to do the 20 minutes run of the week 5. Congrats, I like to run and even miss it when I can't :)

Congrats, I'm doing the C25K training and I just finish Week 4 day 2 and I feel great and I am kind of falling in love with running!!!!!! wow! Im still motivated and enjoying my training!
