Best advice I was given was to slow down when running. It really made a difference in being able to finish each section. Keep going, it does become easier!

I'm in for the April challenge. Managed to pass my 60 mile goal for March! Going to stick at 60 miles again as I have a holiday over Easter and will be having a few days off so will pick up the extra distance during the days I will be running. Good luck everyone! 01/04 - REST DAY

I started the C25K after the New Year. Im on a cruise in 4 weeks. I usually dont track what I eat or drink or exercise at all but this time im planning on using the gym a few times. Whether I actually will when im on there is another thing entirely!
