This morning I hit 54 pounds lost! Can we say FANFREAKINGTASTIC. I am only 23 pounds away from my lowest adult weight !!!! Its all down hill from here baby! I haveasolutely never been so motivated or happy in my life!!! :)

I have lost approximately 48 pounds since May 1. However I must add a big discalimer, I started at 412 so the first chunk has come off rather quickly, now I am happy to see a 2 pound loss per week. It definitley depends on starting weight and activity level.

Walk away the miles with Leslie Sansone is great for all levels aof fitness!!! SHe is all over youtube. You DO NOT have to have a gym membership to get healthy!

I only take one rest day a week I am 39 weigh 366 and I walk at least two miles every day and on saturdays we swim for several hours at the beach. Sunday I try to really rest. I even take a nap sometimes! :)

I was literally blown away when I added it up!! I went from having to use two measuring tapes to just one!! :)

Asfar as my activity level I walk two milesin approximately 40 minutes 5 days a week, on satrudays I usually push it to three miles or at least throw a couple sprints in. We also go to the beach for several hours and swim and walk, I did just get a scale and I am going to be weighing everything I eat from here on out.

This +1 Today I had a Jr WHopper, a nectarine, a peach, andsome cottage cheese...Did I feel bad? NOPE! Did I eat good the rest of the day...YEP! Will I beexercising? You betcha! MODERATION is the key!

Agreed, and I try to do this exact thing right here, and if I am wanting to make sure I burn more than I eat I only count half the amount of exercise, and I DO NOT EAT BACK EXERCISE CALORIES. EVER>>> I did in the beginning and I was not losing. Now I am.

THe one thing to remember is that the heavier you are the more calories you will burn than someone who is not. I weigh 366 now and thats the equivelent of two people. So it would be like a 180 pound person carrying another 180 pound person on their back, you cannot tell me that the same 70-80 calories that a 180 pound…
