September 24th, My weight will be in the 330"s first time since before I had kids!!! HOLY MOLY! Training for a 5k. Walking a 15 minute or less mile!

What I did was switch to a Sugar free version of my favorite sweetened creamer, and skip the regular sugar all together and I have ZERO guilt about it~! LOL!:drinker:

Girl I feel ya! Although its finally starting to really show, I found if I wear more form fitting clothes people notice more, but as big girls we are not conditioned to go for the more form fitting stuff...Keep your chin up one day everyone will look at you say DANG! YOU LOOK GOOD!!!

I blew most of my calories today on something called a fatty and then some fried gizzards lol! The fatty was ground spicy sausage made with jalepenos and cheese rolled into it wrapped in bacon and smoked on a smoker thingy and OMG! It was amazing! Am I totally gonna have to walk for an hour to burn most of it…

Like everyone else I highly reccomend walking and swimming, or any exercise performed in water. WHen the weights starts dropping your knees will start to feel stronger. COngratulations for taking on this endeavor! Takeit minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day. You will get there! :)

Thank you Everyone! I am excited to weigh in tomorrow. I think my blood sugar is already starting come down naturally I took my meds like regular and ate the same breakfast that I eat almost everyday and had my sugar bottom out at 66 nearly passing out, had to eat to get it back up, hopefully when I see my doctor tomorrow…

+1 Yep! Life is too short to obsess over food! :) GO grilled when you can and eat as much fruits and veggies you can. You can always shop when you get to where you are going and have some healthy choices on hand. Even in someof the more exotic locations they have farmers markets type places...so ENJOY YOURSELF! :)

Finally someone who says what I have been thinking all along that eating back your calories was just kind of dumb (not your exact words but still). I made a decision to stop eating abck all my calories a while back! And yeah 13 pounds in two weeks, Ill take that! I know its not sustainable but it will still continue to go…
