Congrats on your weight loss! I am at 380 now, I have lost 7 pounds since starting MFP and 32 total! I just started measuring so I hope to see progress as well. When we took my measurements I was the same at my bust my waist and my hips! UGH! So I know I have soooo far to go! Keep up the good work! :wink:

Agreed 100% I have battled weight my entire life and the scale is my mortal enemy! I weigh once a month and have started measurements, which will be updated weekly. I am at 380 now started at 412. Joined MFP at 387. I have lost 7 pounds since starting. I have discovered that a big part of my problem was I was not measuring food properly at the beginning so now that I have a better idea of what I am doing and making sure i log religiously! I am sure I will see even more results.

Considering that fact that I felt like a thundering rhino the entire time, I never felt judged there was nothing but encouragement from all people. It was fun, and if I couldnt do some of the moves I simply walked or moved in place. It is a fun way to lose weight!

I am so with you on that! I am 384 and when I go to the gym I am hella intimidated! I would love for someone to come over and say "Hey can I show you how to work that machine better?" I think people get their panties in a bunch because they are too damn sensitive, and I think it must be incredibly hard for a "fit " person…

I have the same problem with my husband, he complains all the timeabout his health and what he needs to do to fix it but never does anything! It is verrry frustrating!

OMG I have been guilty of similar incidents and my hubby also will just kinda go quiet. He tells me I am beautiful no matter what size I am, Which really doesnt help either. But gotta love'em

I agree with putting the extras away. I have also found that making plates in the kitchen and not bringing the extras to the table helps also. I also agree loading up on the vegtables, and also drink a huge glass of water before hand. :) Good Luck!!:smile: :smile:

I love the Crystal light add ins they are great and you can use just a little and it combats the city water taste. I have the same issue at home. It smells like a swimming pool straight out of the tap.
