Congrats! You rock! Thank-you for being an inspiration!

Totally.

Yeah that's true, I'm Australian also. I find imperial measurements hard to follow the closest I use is time. Anyway whatever keeps you going in the right direction (short of harming yourself or others) sounds decent enough. I've got a bit to lose, re-lose actually (writing month, epilepsy, no gym etc) starting from 30kg…

Been there jeez. I had lost 20kg and was doing pretty well (a goal of 30kilograms or 66lbs total, heaviest 90kg) and then I stopped exercising and focused on getting my second novel done... Well over time 15 came back, 5 of which straight after gym which are dropping off because of retention/water weight. I don't like…

What? Anime is extremely wide and is usually drawn really well. As to how you could dislike anime in general.

Well I'm not really religious but I gave up a lot for lent. Only buying stuff without known terrible business products. So no Coles/Woolworths though I am still doing riteprice and aldi because rite-price is just excess stock and aldi treats its workers well... Luckily Adelaide Markets is really good. I can get meat,…

About 2 kilograms. 5lb --> 2.26kg. I'd like to lose more than that this month but I'll commit to at least 5lb.
-
Totally relate except my pounds were kilos.

It is mostly diet as far as weight loss or gain but exercise is good for health.

I just took a peak at your dairy. On some of your days your eating a little low and if with inaccuracies it is neither too low for weight loss or too high. If you're exercising hard you will retain water but it'll come off. Just keep up a good pace but don't let yourself get too low. Note when not exercising regardless of…

Well I don't really drink much alcohol but I totally agree with this sentiment. If it fits within calorie goal it's good with me. I eat chips, soda, pasta, sti-fry, takeout, healthy and unhealthy.
-
I'm not sure but if you're eating a deficit (say 500 less than maintenance) your body fat counts as backup calories so while building up I'd say yes you need excess calories if you don't have those 'backup stores' so to speak.

Same.

Good evening you.
-
That's just the band not the cup (boobs) don't worry about that.
-
I've lost/gained a band size but never more than half a cup so I don't see that happening. All my weight goes onto or loses on my legs.
-
I need to lose 20kg/44lb which is less than some but would love to meet new friends.
-
Keep on a calorie deficit and those 15 lb shouldn't be an issue.

Why won't you physician/doctor prescribe anything? Under-active thyroid is fairly serious*my sister has it). Make sure your getting your calories down, drink lots of water and/or tea. Liquids are good for filling you up while hydrating and feeding you. Feel free to add me if you want to chat. Oh while staying at calorie…

I'm going to come out and say it... Douche-bags. People often lose 3 kilograms in their first week if they're exercising and eating right. Sure water weight, but if it is water weight that just means you were lighter to begin with (Which is perfectly okay).

I'm 21 :D

Keep it up! Feel free to message me if you want :D!

Agreed. But if you are exercising even a little then you should be losing fat rather than muscle so scales aren't the worst. If you aren't exercising but are definitely staying deficit in calories you should be losing fat over muscle. Fat is easy to gain but the body will go through it before muscle. There can be temporary…

Your life is just yours and no-one else can write it.

Mines a manual scale so I'm certain when it is off.
-
Liquids first, eat slowly. After at least 20 minutes or more have a single serve meal then have some more water.
-
Yeah I'm the same, though I have coke zero. I get sugar spikes/drop if I have the regular stuff.
-
Bang Bang.

I totally relate. I overexercise when I do so (3 hours high incline moderately fast treadmill, weight machines, core exercises and 15 swimming laps). I usually only do the treadmill and swimming parts though. At first I feel good, but as I use that last bit of energy... Fatigue and suddenly I'm depressed.

Hiya I'm 21 as of October last year and would be completely up for chatting!
