Outstanding!! I've lost 26 pounds since Christmas and have my blood work done in 3 weeks. I can't wait to see how different from last January. I'm eating so much better and exercising more.

When I got my Fitbit 2 months ago my resting heart rate was close to 80 (77-78). The last 2 weeks has been 66-68. I'm improving!

My boobs and belly are now distinctly separate hahaha

Sounds silly but it's all mine, lol. I wake up hungry in the morning instead of either starving or still full from the night before. Waking up every morning and feeling that first sip of water going all the way down and hitting the empty stomach feels magical to me.

Comfortably wore a pair of jeans that hadn't been able to button in months. Decided to see if they were getting close yet and hey, they fit!

When people think fat people shouldn't wear certain things. "Gosh, nobody wants to see those fat arms, that lady shouldn't be wearing a tank top". Really? It's 100 degrees out and 90% humidity. She should cover her arms because you don't want to look at them? Grrrr

Totally me. I do okay then I get to a certain point and everyone notices and comments and I get uncomfortable and start eating my anxiety and undo it all eventually. Lather, rinse and repeat. Hoping I'll be more prepared this time around. One bonus of aging is you care less and less what other people think, lol

Carbed it up with spaghetti, meat sauce (ground beef), and garlic bread. Snack later will be homemade apple pie that hubby made today.

Starting on Monday. I started last year and quit 1/2 way through. Not sure why, because I was seeing good progress. This time I'm committing because I just signed up for 3 5K's, the first in March, the other 2 in May.
