I don't like to drink my calories, so soda, juice, sugary coffee drinks are not worth the calories when I'm in a caloric deficit. When I'm in maintenance I think I'll have them more often though. I miss Starbucks :sad:

The hardest part for me is when I go over a little and then I say f$!# it and REALLY go over. I never go over just 50-100. I'm either under or over 2000. It's bad... Luckily it doesn't happen very often.

I pre-log, but it isn't set in stone. I like to plan my meals a couple days in advance now, but if I change my mind and decide I want something else it's no big deal.

The only way to lose your belly is to keep losing fat. There is so way to spot reduce. I store fat mostly on my stomach, as you can tell by my pictures, and it's the last place I get lean. You just have to keep going... It will come off.

Ignore them. All of my coworkers told me the same thing. Every week someone would tell me not lose anymore and I kept losing and looking better and better. They are jealous. Unless you are genuinely getting underweight then I wouldn't worry.

Instead of doing all that cardio, which you hate, I would just take in less calories. Cardio is not necessary for weight loss... just a caloric deficit. You may get burned out rather quickly exercising that much in the beginning. Just my opinion. I would eat 1500-1600 each day and cut the cardio down to 2 times/week.

A lot of the times after I binge I think I should "make up for it" and eat less the next day, but this is counterproductive and will just lead to another binge. 4,000 calories really isn't the end of the world. When I'm bored with plain scrambled eggs I make breakfast tacos. Cook the scrambled eggs with chopped cilantro and you can add chopped green onion if you like. I eat them with low carb tortillas and salsa and guacamole. Sooooooo good. It ends up being around 450 calories.

I eat 6 egg whites and 1-2 whole eggs everyday. They are great for you!

Really good running shoes are expensive, so just be prepared for that...
