I believe you could do it. I would start with an app like C25k Couch to 5 k. I did it when I first started running. I loved it. I started out super slow and I am just now starting to run faster. Good luck

Hello everyone. I am looking to lose 10 lbs this challenge. I have only been losing between .5 and 1 lb per week so I thought this would be a good number. I am also incorporating longer runs into my weekly workout. So I am hoping that I will be able to run a 5k by the end of the 12 weeks. I am at 2.5 miles right now.
-
Hello everyone. My goals for april are to be able to finally reach a 5k. I have just ran 2.5 miles in 33:30 which is up from 2 miles in 43 min. So I am very proud. I just want to get to that 5k. I plan on doing one longer run a week as well as my 2 speed days. I do 3 days a week lifting with NROLFW. so I want to finish…

New rules of lifting for women does require barbells. I am on stage two. You need at least 1 barbell. But mostly you use dumbbells and machines. I have not done it but I have heard great things about you are your own gym. Not really heavy lifting. But from what I heard it helps build muscle. Good luck on finding what works…

My cat freaks out when I try to do a plank. She will lay down and stick her face right under mine look up at me and just meow. Then she will jump on my back and lay down. Hard enough to hold my own weight up. Let alone a cat. Still love mine though.

You have done a great job. Congrats.
