Good evening everyone. I completed week 7 day 1 of c25k. I even ran faster than I have been. I tried a spinning class last night and loved it. Tonight I am going to try piloxing.

I like jillian michaels no more trouble zones. She does it with 3lb weights. But you can do it without any. It is free on youtube.

It is possible. I was only one pound lighter then you when I started. And the exact same height. I lost right around 20 lbs the first month. Granted most was water weight. Good luck.

Hello I sent You a request. I started my journey at the beginning of september and have lost right around 46lbs so far. The first two weeks I just changed my diet cut out all the junk food and pop. I work 8pm thru 8am. I always make my husband dinner before I head to work. So I normally eat that beforw I leave. Then a few hiurs later I always bring snacks. I love apples. So I normally eat apples with cottage cheese or peanut butter. I would pack a lunch and then bring a few 100 calorie snacks. Hope this helps.

I agree with c25k. I just finished week 5. And I have never really ran in my life. I even walked the mile in highschool. So it definitely works. Good luck to you.

They have a womens health big book of 15 minute workouts. I like it a lot. Doesnt require to much equipment.
