I've kept an old pair of jeans and a t-shirt that fit me at my biggest a couple of years ago. I like looking at them and feeling happy (ok, smug :ohwell:) about how far I've come, knowing they won't ever fit me again. :smile:

I don't have any scientific proof but I know that I've eaten 700 calories since 7pm (it's now midnight), and this isn't a one off!
