I amd the proud mommy of a 2 year old . I have lost 52 pounds without stepping foot inside of a gym. I work full time and literally work out for at least 30 mins a day. I have long locs and I just put them up in a ponytail and let them loose to air dry most times. Nothing special lol

Yeah it doesn't do that. Your best bet would be to wear a heart rate monitor and that would help you find out how many cals you burn while strength training
