  • I eat some type of breakfast bar....I usually keep one or two in my purse or bag and a piece of fruit. I personally like Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix--Fruit and Nut and Dark Chocolate and Nut. Can't get much easier than this!

  • You could find low cal bread and turkey or some kind of lunch meat and make a sandwich. I had a corned beef on rye bread with mustard the other day for breakfast...200 calories....   • We grill them.....we add pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, or even Mrs. Dash seasonings...most any kind of seasoning will work! The more seasoning the less "porky" it tastes! :laugh:

  • I don't know which is the best scale to weigh on, but I just weigh on the same scale, at the same time, on the same day of the week each time. That's how I judge my weight loss. I want to lose enough, so that when I go back to my doctor in the near future she will SEE the difference regardless what her scale says!! :laugh:
