  • First weekend in February. Good luck to all of us who struggle with weekend weight gain. Stick to your plan for success and in the back of your mind remember, you have to weigh in Monday!! :)
  • January was a fairly good month for me, but it is hard to for me to really count it, since most of it was used re-losing the weight I gained over the holidays. :) But, it's gone now and took some friends with it and for that I am happy. I am coming up on my one year MFP anniversary. I spend so much time looking at how far…
  • I'm so excited Rach is doing this for us again!! It really did help me feel connected and involved in other people's journeys and accountable for my own. :)

  • Good challenge Baloney17 - and congrats on making your monthly goal!!! :) Heading into the weekend today, the biggest challenge for a lot of us. I am really focusing on not eating over my allotted calorie intake. Good luck to all of you too!
  • What a tough week you had!! You know, even with all that important and stressful stuff going on, you didn't post a gain. Good for you! That is not easy.
  • I feel ya girl, my exact issue.

Weekends are so hard for me. What do you all do to stay on track over the weekends with eating out and family interruptions?
  • Thanks for your support. :) And thanks to Amanda for taking the time to put this challenge out to the public, and update the weekly chart while keeping us all accountable!
  • Oh, I like that! :)

I had a particularly rough day and was at starbucks for a little pick me up. Saw the ad for peppermint mocha and thought, to heck with it, I need a…

I am in control and will remember to let that motivate me to make good food choices, instead of stressing me into old emotional food habits. This…

Thank you for posting and taking on the work of putting together the weekly spread sheets! LET'S LOSE SOME LBS!! :)
  • You look great! That hard work paid off!
  • Awesome!! That is so great and August wasn't even that long ago. :)
  • It really isn't girl, is it? Good news is, it is almost over, you can make it, just a few more days! September is all yours, I can just tell.
  • Great job ladies! i forgot to check in yesterday with sick kids and work stuff. 212 this week sorry to read about your stones Rach. I do hope you are feeling back to your old energized self soon.
  • Great job ladies! My youngest's first birthday is coming up in a few weeks and it was my goal to be at pre-pregnancy weight by then. That is the goal I give myself to take off the ridiculous amount of weight my body gains when I am pregnant. (60 lbs both times) My goal is to remain focused on that date and get as close as…
  • 213 I'm tempted to discount this loss by complaining it isn't more. But i won't . I will just try to enjoy it.
  • Great job ladies!! And thanks to Rach! My first week back last week and I set a simple goal of logging daily. I met that goal and feel really good about it. This week I will add to that goal drinking my water every day. Not drinking my water has a tendency to go hand in hand with going over my calories and increased weight…
  • Whatever it takes girl. You get it, and shove your hotness in their faces!!
  • 215 this morning... I am bummed it is the same, since it was 213 on Friday, but happy it didn't go higher than my last week's weight. I need to make some changes to the way I view food on the weekends. Apparently, it isn't a free for all. Who knew?
  • Congratulations ladies on your achievements last round!! Since I am just getting back into things after being out of it for a month, I am only setting one goal for myself this week, and I intend to achieve it. Log my food every day!
  • 209 this morning. I've been struggling and then I feel bad and then give up for a few days. My older son is back in school this week, so I plan on varying out some time to take care of me, exercising!
  • Was just taking a minute to look over our spreadsheet and projected weight loss. Thank you so much Whittrusty for taking the time to input all of that!! On track with my water this week. It's been a rough one, so it actually makes me feel good to be successful in something this week. Even it is is water consumption. :)
