Good morning ladies. I'm weighing in at 208 this morning. I'm not happy with a gain, but it isn't a surprise. I know what I did/ didn't do last 2 weeks, and I am motivated to get back on track.

Just wanted to post a little note of support. I'm so glad you are sharing your struggles. it doesn't have to be a secret you keep. Unburdening your load a bit, even if it is just on here, will surely help.

My goal was 1200 calories. I made it to 924 with a really good workout today. Makes me realize what I am capable of. I also want to thank you for this challenge, because, if it wasn't for all of you checking in with such great burns, whether you reached your target or not, I wouln't have gone today.

No way girl!! Several of us, including myself had a gain this week. Let's just keep my weight the same this week. I can't get a realistic number this morning after all the sodium yesterday I am up like 6 lbs from yesterday. If it is still there next week, I will own it, but for one day.... naw.

Okay, so now that I know what I am doing, my burn goal for next week is 1500. This is a big stretch from the 900 the last few weeks and the almost zero before that.
