When I started c25k and started running I randomly bought some karrimore running socks with my trainers because they were on offer and I've got to say they do feel great! They feel so supportive round the arch of my foot. I would definitely buy more in the future.

Hi Tammy, This is the same for me, I have been going for just over 2mths and worked out I had been losing about 0.4lb per day too. I do regularly eat over my calories so I'm definitely not undereating.

My friends mum lives in UK and had this book a couple of weeks ago, I am not sure if she has started or had any success but it's being used here then!

There is no speed, everyone is different, just do it at your own pace, try to jog though, don't sprint or run too fast, you have to pace yourself. :) I think if you go at a more steady pace you will be more consistent. Good luck, I'm on week 3 and you will be surprised how much you improve so quickly!!

I put salt and pepper on most of my food, a couple of turns of the mills. I don't add it on MFP. I'm steadily losing weight and until I hit problems I will still use it. I have no idea about why I shouldn't! :p

Are you jogging or sprinting? I do it jogging slowly and it's been working for me. If you are jogging slowly and have really been sticking to it then you could see your doctor.

I use the andriod app which beeps and listen to my own stuff on my ipod. At the first lot of runs we just used to talk to each other but I'm on week 3 now and it's getting harder and I really feel like I need music to get me through 3 minutes of running!
