I don't want to go down that path :) But thanks for the idea anyway :P I am prepared to lift weights, but I just would like some suggestions at how how much of them to do and roughly how heavy the weights should be so I could get the desired result.

lol, of course they are. Maybe i'm using the wrong word. But let me try and explain it. You know how your arms look before you've done anything to them, with a mild shape to them but with some flab in my case. I just want that bit of flab to go away but my arm to stay in that shape and not get the slightest change to it…

Thank you, your advice is appreciated. But forget large muscles, I don't even want the smallest of toned muscles showing up on my arms. I want it to look just as it does without the flab, no tone no nothing.

I went to wedding lately with my family. There were many people telling me how much I've lost weight and how much my sister looks the fattest now :P but the strangest or the one that made me the most proudest was when one of my dad'd oldest friends who know me from when I was a 6 year old kid (i'm now nearly 20) went up to…

I started off in December 2012 at my highest weight of 86-87kgs and Now after three months I am 77kgs. All through walking and watching what I eat. I realized that there is no need to kill myself, I am bound to give up if I start to hate the idea of doing something so I stuck to just walking. I really enjoy walking at my…

I am one of those 1200 calories people as well, and the way I look at it is this. I have to be a total of 1200 calories per day and doing exercise subtracts from that number. If you want to eat more, exercise to lose 500 calories per day, you could break it up by doing 250 calories worth of exercise twice which could just…

I'm aged 19 and 5'5. I don't do extra exercise, I just walk everywhere and mainly try to stick to 1200 calories per day. I do eat my walked off calories back though.

I'm 5 ft 5 and my goal weight is to be about 55kg which is 121lbs.

Did it take you 3 months to lose 5kgs? Then there must be something wrong with me because I went from 86kg to 81kg in a month, that is 5kg right? There is something wrong isn't there? I don't religiously follow the 1200 calorie diet but I try to stick around it and walk the extra calories off.

I suffer from the same problem, the thing is I have what is called an hourglass figure which means my bottom half of the body will always be slightly bulkier than my top half. So if you have the same figure, you can be as thin as you want but your thighs will always be slightly bigger than your slim top half. Don't worry…

OMG!!! You are such a motivator! Congrats to you and your hard work. Losing that much weight requires a high level of patience and a very strong, dedicated mind and you've just proved with both you can do it. I am however, at 83.7kg at the moment and my goal weight is about 55kg. I am on a 1200 calorie per day diet but I…
