110 is unrealistically low. My goal weight is 165 and I'm 6 feet tall. I could never imagine 110....you'd look like a walking skeleton, models aren't even that thin.

I usually get 40g a day easily through fruits and vegetables, oats, whole grains, etc. and as much as 60g if I have lentils.

I lift 3 days a week, day 1 is arms and chest and back, day 2 is lower body, and day 3 is mostly core work.

And bananas/oatmeal has too much sugar and will make you fat. I really doubt anyone got here by eating 3000 calories of oatmeal.

Surgery isn't an easy way either. As well, regardless of how you get thin, you have to learn new eating habits, otherwise you'll just gain the weight again.

My ex was a chronic cheater....and he called himself Christian. He actually did have a high belief in god, but it didn't stop him from cheating over and over and over. He even tried to cheat on his new girlfriend with me. So, god really doesn't have anything to do with it imo. A cheater is a cheater.

I've exercised for up to 4 hours (hiking, weight training, etc) and have never had that issue. However, when I first started birth control, my periods were irregular for the first 2 months, but I don't know if that's the case with you. Best bet is to check it out with a doctor :).

Doesn't the book say something about enjoying the feeling of hunger? I vaguely remember reading that the headaches and nausea caused by not eating was "your body detoxifying". Yeah, that doesn't seem like a good, healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

Both. But I think it's how you respond/what you make of it that makes it "worse". I might be fat, but I'm not going to wallow and let that affect the things I do.

I really don't care that you're a vegetarian or not, that's your own choice. But to say that that's a misconception is both wrong and insulting. I have various relatives and friends that own farms (almost half my family owns farms) and they all practice appropriate farming. So please don't group every family farm in there.

My diary is open :). I started off at 325...318 in the "before" pic and about 280 in the "after" pic. I'm currently 269 lbs. I just focus on eating healthy, control my portions, and not deprive myself, and exercising. Eta. It appears I can't get my pic to work, but it is on my profile :)
