I weigh daily, but log once a week, the scales seem to go all over the place every day, but are about right for the day I log it.

I count the butter I use to grease / fry, I then tip any that's left in the pan onto the eggs/meat I have just cooked...well, I have calculated it so I may as well eat it!

Weigh it maybe? I always weigh hubby's jackets once cooked then log it, so weighing it may be your best bet. Just log it as jacket potato however many Grams.... Just a suggestion

Keep going at it Rebecca, you are asking all the right questions and shouting for help when needed, which is often the hardest part. I have been doing this for 10 days and everyone in this community have been great, they're all here to help each other. Just take it one day at a time.

I finally got some today too. It's very expensive in Sainsburys for such a small jar....can anyone suggest where I can buy it cheaper here in the UK?

The fresh meat is fab, depending on the store the variety of seafood makes your mind boggle! However I find the fruits & veges more expensive than my local supermarket. My niece loves the toys & girly dresses. We go every 4-6 weeks and fill the freezer with bulk buy meat that I portion for ease of use.

No specific plan, just gonna take each celebration / outing as it comes and do my best. No point in depriving myself because that only sets me onto the path of destruction..... i.e. Eating everything in sight!

Enjoy your cruise....I have just returned from one and only put on 3lb in the 7 days. I gave in to the treats & decided I was on holiday after all, but somehow never actually ate as much as I used too! The weight has come off since returning and I feel like I actually had a holiday and let my hair down a little.....

I hate exercise.....probably because it brings back all the nightmares from being the un co-ordinated kid in PE at school..... I still can't do two moves at the same time..... Makes classes really difficult! :blushing:
